Sirisha

Sirisha is happy to skip the cooking as she nestles down to read a good book. She likes to take long impromptu road trips with her kids and has crisscrossed 26 states in the US. She loves visiting US National parks and old European cities.

Her early life in India was surrounded by nature and she has fond memories of long walks to the beach with her grandfather. She misses the warm muggy mornings in Chennai (Madras) and has traded it for hot scorching summers and temperate winters in the US.

Sirisha has worked in the tech industry for close to 20 years in engineering and management roles. Her greatest joy at work is building strong, diverse, collaborative teams and watching them flourish as they set off on new adventures.

Usha

Usha loves to create and build things. Some days it might involve a spreadsheet with a zillion numbers on it and other days it may be coming up with a new design for the next dress she wants to wear!

Usha grew up in India along Chennai's (Madras's) beautiful coastline and still misses the sea breeze and beach hair! Life’s interesting ways have brought her to the Sonoran desert, her current home. When she is unplugged, she likes to dream of becoming a workout ninja but settles for simpler walks in the park and beautiful Arizona sunsets.

The topic of women, career, and life is close to Usha’s heart because she never grew up dreaming of a career but has discovered over time how fulfilling it can be to pursue your intellectual interests no matter what life throws at you.
